我叫凌宛莹，出生于河北省承德市，在赤峰和北京长大。我有中国农村和城市的双重生活经历。
我有着复合的学科背景。本科期间，我起初选择的是哲学专业，后来转到统计学系，并辅修了社会学专业。硕士期间，我选择了人口学专业，做了一些关于预期寿命的研究。
当前，我用定量和计算方法开展一系列与工作、家庭和人口健康相关的经验研究，包括以下研究方向：
工作社会学
考察非标准工作安排与不同工作质量维度如何在不同制度背景下塑造人口健康。
